7-Day Return & Exchange Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To maintain our high standards, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Need a different size? We offer seamless exchanges based on stock availability.

  • Sale Items: To keep our limited "Caviar" runs exclusive, items purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for Exchange or Store Credit only.

Fast Refunds Once your return is inspected, we process your refund to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
