At MRCA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Sale items and items purchased using discount codes are non-refundable, but may be exchanged based on availability.

To request a refund or exchange, please submit a request from your MRCA account or email us at info@mrcastore.com or message us on Instagram @mrca_store within 7 days of delivery. Make sure to include reason for return, and a photo of the item if needed. Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or style, we’re happy to assist based on stock availability. Return shipping costs for exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll make sure to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
